takeoff | Landing on top is possible, but not in the field behind take-off. There are 2 take-offs: E and SE. |

landing | In the field just below take-off. Don't land near the houses and in the field behind the starting place. |
weather | Site can be dangerous when the wind is stronger than 30 Kph on Luxembourg Airport. Site can also be dangerous when the wind is stronger than 15 Kph and less than 45 Kph. Landing behind the take-off is forbidden and very dangerous, notably when the wind is strong! Take care to the venturi that are located at the north of the take-off and at the south (above the road from Kanfen to Volmerange). |

access | In Volmerange-les-Mines, pass the first roundabout. Turn right on the first road, right again and immediately left and follow _slowly_ the path which leads to the take-off (it goes trough a small forest). |
comments | XC is possible, but not always easy. One of the typical XC-flights is to fly west. Take care to take enough altitude to be able to land at least behind Volmerange-les-Mines (at about 4kms). |
