A work in progress to make a simple map based collaborative database of paragliding sites, clubs and pros worldwide.

What you can find here for the moment (as of jun. 2018)

Fullscreen mobile-friendly map showing all pgEarth paragliding sites, pros and clubs as you pan and zoom
Search on flying sites or cities names
Sites details and pictures, clubs and pros
Sites maps: showing site details : main landings and parkings, but also alternate ones for sites with multiple takeoffs and/or landings...
Register/Log in + add + edit information about sites, clibs, pros.
PgEarth is editable again !! Login and help us get the most up to date data !
Former pgEarth members who had a valid email along with their account can use the "forgot your password?" feature in order to login to the new site.
Export to gpx: export sites in the viewport into a "gpx" file.

by editing the information: log in and help keeping the information up to date. The website is efficient only if people like you keep the information correct.
by reporting errors: no need to be logged in : report to the moderators the information that you think should be deleted (trash icons).

by translating/improving the english: information on pgearth is meant to be readen by as many people as possible, that is why we chose to publish in english : translate the data fields if you can or contact us to improve the english of the website itself.

takeoff	Landing on top is possible, but not in the field behind take-off. There are 2 take-offs: E and SE.
landing	In the field just below take-off. Don't land near the houses and in the field behind the starting place.
weather	Site can be dangerous when the wind is stronger than 30 Kph on Luxembourg Airport. Site can also be dangerous when the wind is stronger than 15 Kph and less than 45 Kph. Landing behind the take-off is forbidden and very dangerous, notably when the wind is strong! Take care to the venturi that are located at the north of the take-off and at the south (above the road from Kanfen to Volmerange).
rules	French flying sites are registered at FFVL.FR, the French Free Flight Association. The most recent updates about this area can be found on their website . We highly recommand you to check FFVL information about this site before you come and fly here.
access	In Volmerange-les-Mines, pass the first roundabout. Turn right on the first road, right again and immediately left and follow _slowly_ the path which leads to the take-off (it goes trough a small forest).
comments	XC is possible, but not always easy. One of the typical XC-flights is to fly west. Take care to take enough altitude to be able to land at least behind Volmerange-les-Mines (at about 4kms).
